These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Flawless Med Spa website, services, and communications. By accessing our website or receiving services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

Flawless Med Spa provides medical spa and aesthetic treatments. All guests must provide accurate and complete health information as required to support safe and appropriate care. We reserve the right to decline or modify treatment based on health conditions or medical safety concerns.

2. Appointments & Cancellations

Clients are required to provide a minimum of twenty-four (24) hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Failure to provide at least twenty-four (24) hours’ notice, or failure to appear for a scheduled appointment, will result in a $150 late cancellation or no-show fee.

For services that require a deposit at the time of booking, the deposit will be forfeited in the event of a late cancellation or no-show. If the client attends the scheduled appointment, the deposit will be applied toward the cost of the service or refunded in full if the client elects not to proceed with treatment at that time.

Repeated late cancellations or missed appointments may result in restricted booking privileges or the requirement of full prepayment for future appointments.

By scheduling an appointment, the client acknowledges, understands, and agrees to this cancellation and no-show policy and further authorizes Flawless, PC to charge the credit card on file for any applicable fees related to late cancellations, no-shows, or deposits as outlined above.

3. Payments

All service fees are due at the time of treatment unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time.

4. User Responsibilities

Users agree that any information provided to us is accurate, lawful, and does not infringe upon the rights of any third party.

5. Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, text, photos, and media are the property of Flawless Med Spa and may not be copied or redistributed without written consent.

6. Third-Party Services & Analytics

Our website may utilize analytics tools or plugins (e.g. Google Analytics), and those third parties may independently collect data such as IP address, browser type, and behavior metrics under their own policies.

7. SMS Marketing Policy (Provided by Client – Included Exactly as Written)

Users will get sms regarding the special offer that they signed up for and future marketing messages via sms and email. They can expect to receive messages like “Hi {name} thank you for signing up for {offer} what works better for your morning or afternoon appointments?

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text “STOP” “Out” “Unsub” to the shortcode. Upon sending “STOP,” we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially or send “START” , and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

If you experience issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or reach out directly to {support email address}.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

As always, message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive messages daily after initial sign up for 4 days and marketing messages once a month for monthly specials you may also receive 2/3 messages for appointment reminders . For questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.

8. Disclaimer of Liability

Treatment results vary among individuals. To the extent permitted by law, Flawless Med Spa is not liable for any damages arising from:

  • improper aftercare or misuse of services/products,

  • unauthorized changes to user-provided information,

  • technical issues or accessibility disruptions.

Nothing in this section limits rights granted under Minnesota state law or applicable healthcare regulations.

9. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this website with a revised Effective Date. Continued use of services signifies acceptance of updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively within Minnesota courts.
