Shawna Joaquin is a the owner of Flawless Med Spa in Excelsior, MN and a nurse practitioner with over 28 years of experience.
Shawna created Flawless to provide a different kind of experience for her clients – one that enables you to explore your options in a non judgmental, zero-pressure setting where your best interest is always the priority.
A certified instructor who teaches others in our area about how to do what we do, Shawna is also the Medical Director of other local Medical Spas. Her experience is unmatched in the Excelsior community!
Tanner Gifford
REGISTERED NURSE
Tanner is an experienced RN who joined our team here at Flawless in 2025. He loves reading and playing the Cello. When he isn’t at Flawless, you can find him going on long walks by the river, and he loves to volunteer at the LGTBQ health center in Minneapolis.
Tanner is excited to get started at Flawless because he is passionate about helping our clients achieve a naturally flawless look with a comprehensive treatment plan!
Carly Goodroad

Carly is an Advanced Practice Esthetician and the Assistant Manager at Flawless Med Spa in Excelsior, MN with over 15 years of experience.
Carly loves going to concerts and spending time with her Fiancé and her cat, Cal. When she is not at Flawless you can find her enjoying music, hanging out on the lake with family and traveling.

Allison is an experienced RN who joined our team here at Flawless in 2022. She loves spending time with her dog, Kip, who is a mini Bernedoodle. When she isn’t at Flawless, you can find her playing golf or at the dog park with Kip.
